Design Process

If you don’t have a design ready, no stress — that’s where we come in. You can send through your idea, theme, vibe, or reference images, and we’ll create a custom design for you.

This may include using AI-assisted design tools and/or licensed or artist-created graphic elements, carefully combined and refined to create one cohesive, original final design.

Every order is thoughtfully put together to suit your vision, product choice, and overall aesthetic — so you still end up with something that feels uniquely yours.

Deposit & Payment

To begin any custom order:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before design work starts
• The remaining balance is due before production/printing

Deposits are only refundable if I have not yet begun working on your order.
Once design work starts, the deposit covers time already spent.

Approved designs cannot be cancelled without a new order being created.

Rush Orders

Need it quickly? I get it.

Rush orders are accepted when possible and include a $15 rush fee.
This prioritises your order in both design and production.

Please message me first so I can confirm availability.

Timeframes

Typical turnaround:

• Mock-up/design: 2–5 business days
• Revisions: depends on response time
• Production after approval: 3–7 business days

Delays in replies = delays in completion.

If you need a date guaranteed, tell me before ordering.

Revisions

Small adjustments are included.

Major redesigns after approval may require an additional design fee.

(We collaborate — we don’t restart five times.)

Customer Responsibilities

To keep things smooth:

• Double-check spelling before approval
• Provide clear images if submitting your own
• Respond to messages during the design stage

Once approved, the design prints exactly as confirmed.

Refunds

Because custom items are made just for you:

• No refunds once production begins
• If I make an error, I will replace it
• Approved design issues are not eligible for refund


Portfolio Use

I may photograph or share completed custom pieces on my website or social media as part of my portfolio.
Personal details will never be shared.

Designs containing copyrighted or licensed characters will not be posted online.

If your order is a gift or you’d prefer it stays private, just let me know before production.
