By accessing or purchasing from Crafty Customs Hub, you agree to the following terms.

1. Made-To-Order Products

All products are produced after purchase. Once an order enters production it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review sizing, colours, and personalisation details carefully before ordering.

2. Product Appearance & Print Quality

We do our best to display colours and designs accurately, however screens vary. Slight colour differences between your screen and the final product are not considered defects.

Minor placement variations may occur as items are handmade and individually produced.

If we determine that a design cannot be printed to our quality standards due to technical or production limitations, we will contact you before shipping. You will be offered the choice to adjust the design or receive a full refund. We will never knowingly send an item that does not meet our quality standards.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

• Correct spelling in custom requests

• Correct sizing selection

• Accurate shipping address

We are not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.

4. Processing & Shipping

Processing times apply before shipping as items are made to order. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees once handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and branding created by Crafty Customs Hub remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, resold, or copied without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that infringe copyright, trademarks, or contain offensive or prohibited material.

6. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchasing indicates agreement with those terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crafty Customs Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Artwork, Design Methods & Customer Supplied Content

Crafty Customs Hub designs may incorporate a combination of original artwork, licensed assets, and digitally generated elements created using various design tools and technologies.

All final compositions, edits, arrangements, and product-ready designs are original works created by Crafty Customs Hub.

Some designs may be inspired by general pop culture, horror themes, parody concepts, or nostalgic aesthetics. These are artistic interpretations and are not official merchandise, affiliated products, or endorsed by any brand, studio, or rights holder.

For custom orders, customers confirm they have the legal right to use any images, logos, or text they provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that may infringe copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
