Every item is created specifically for you after purchase, so processing time is required before shipping.

Processing Time (Production Time)

All items are made to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be designed, printed, and prepared before shipment.
Custom or complex orders may take up to 7 business days.

Orders cannot be changed once they enter production.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time (Australia)

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days depending on location

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post or the courier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays including:

• Weather events

• Postal service backlogs

• Holiday peak periods

However, we will always help you track and locate your parcel.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We cannot guarantee recovery once shipped

• Re-shipping will require a new postage payment

Please double check your address before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered, the parcel is considered delivered.

We recommend checking:

• Mailbox and safe drop areas

• Household members

• Local post office

If needed, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

• The product

• The packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Multiple Items

Items may arrive separately as they can be produced and shipped at different times depending on the product type.

We currently ship within Australia only.
